Terms & Conditions
- Volunteers must be 20 years or older.
- Volunteers should be genuinely committed to supporting My Finance Foundation's mission.
- A minimum period of active volunteering may be required based on the role assigned.
- Volunteers agree to actively participate in activities such as student guidance, fundraising, event organization, or social media promotion.
- Volunteers must ensure that any information shared about My Finance Foundation is accurate and does not misrepresent services.
- Volunteers should adhere to ethical and professional behavior when representing My Finance Foundation.
- A refundable fee of £25 is required to become a volunteer.
- Payment must be completed before a volunteer can officially begin their role.
- Incentives (such as rewards and bonuses) are only awarded when a student successfully enrolls through My Finance Foundation based on the volunteer’s referral.
- The rewards structure are subject to change at the discretion of My Finance Foundation.
- Volunteers must track and report referrals accurately to claim incentives.
- Volunteers may come across sensitive student information and must maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Any misuse or unauthorized sharing of information will result in immediate termination.
- Volunteers must follow ethical fundraising practices and avoid misleading or pressuring students into joining.
- Any discriminatory, abusive, or unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated.
- Volunteers must respect the rights and privacy of students, donors, and other volunteers.
My Finance Foundation reserves the right to terminate volunteer status if:
- The volunteer fails to meet their commitments or remains inactive for a prolonged period.
- There is evidence of misrepresentation, misconduct, or violation of policies.
- The volunteer engages in fraudulent or unethical activities.
- Volunteers may also choose to resign at any time by informing the foundation in writing.
- My Finance Foundation reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions as needed.
- Volunteers will be notified of any changes, and continued participation implies agreement with updated terms.
